You can max out Town Hall 12 in a year, seven months, and twenty-one days with two builders. This time is decreased to one year, one month, and two days if you employ three builders. however, go even lower and max out TH12 in 9 months, 28 days, and 5 hours if you have four builders.
To max out TH 12, it will take mostly seven months, twenty-eight days, and three hours if they have five builders. If you unlock 6 th builder then it will help a lot to max out th12 farming base.
